Thanks for letting me remember all my visits to 3 Fingers so very long ago. I’ve been to the lookout about 6 times, and climbed the North Peak twice with a visit to the middle peak once. Once we did all 3 in one day. Even did a day trip to the lookout, but that was when you could drive all the way to the trailhead. The area above Tinpan Gap is a whole different experience when snow covered. An ice axe (with knowledge on how to use it) and good boots are strongly advised any time of the year.

I left the airbnb I stayed out completely spotless. The host left me a bad review for smoking a joint inside. I guess opening a window was out of the question for this lady. I hope she gets guests like this lol 🤣

I have several customer built AirBNB vacation rental properties in the North GA and Tennessee mountains. I shut down my listing during major sporting events for this exact reason. People book AirBNBs for the Superbowl, have a massive party, trash the place, and the owner is left with the cost. AirBNB only covers you if you can get journalists involved. So sorry this happened to you two.

Absolutely disgusting! This really pisses me off. The min you see a party is the minute the guest leave no refund period. This happens it’s not as common there’s millions of bookings and this is not something that happens all the time but when it does, it’s horrific?

There should be a rule that you can evict someone if they don’t comply with the no party policy! The cops should have been involved at the beginning and those ghetto people out! I cannot imagine having so many disgusting guests in my house! This is invading your privacy! Used condoms!!! There should be an AirBnB for professionals only with all their personal info such as where they work and their home adress… Even criminal records checks! It is insane!

Sorry to say but I've just watched a few of these and its always a bunch of black people who are trashing everything.

I work for a property management company and this experience is why it’s a good idea not to do this on your own. We monitor our properties and strictly enforce the city and our policies. In this case, we would call guests and warn them. Next, seeing they didn’t comply, we would have evicted them before your house was ruined, that afternoon of arrival. You can’t let people disrespect or violate your home. I’m so sorry for your loss and that empty feeling of being violated. Seek out a good property management company, pay the few bucks and sleep with a peace of mind ❤❤

My friend and I are prepping to do this hike!! We live in Indiana and aren’t familiar with the Washington area. Was there any info on bear sightings when you went? My biggest fear is running into one in the backcountry. Did the forest service have any warnings about wildlife for the trail?

The South Carolina Adventure Route, North Georgia Backways Adventure Trail, Georgia Adventure Trail, MID-APPALACHIAN BACKWAYS ADVENTURE TRAIL just to name a few. Love these videos and your guys go with the flow kind of attitude

I would hope you could make a rule of certain colors on the spectrum not allowed to rent.

Make sure that you properly vet your guests, and try to make sure that it is mostly professionals with family(children) or retirees. I would definitely be more cautious of younger guests especially single college aged guests
